The title of this post is an understatement. I do not blog, at all, although I would like to make it a habit. The title may as well apply to me also, change "blog" to "boy", because I am a lazy writer. I was supposed to be writing 50,000 words this month as a part of Nanowrimo, but that didn't happen. I often make reference to my days writing my own music mailing list (Ran for about half a year with twenty-some subscribers, then laziness crept in) or when I did small pieces for the now seemingly defunct Bandwagon music magazine, and I miss it a lot! I don't want to be one of those people who just talks about stuff that happened in the past, allowing it to distort itself over time into over exaggerated tall tales ("I can't say who picked up our tab that night but let's just say he could afford the scotch, and it was legendary... and it was Thom Yorke", that never happened).
So I'm going to kick up some dust and start writing music review again. My goals will be simple at first, a post a week featuring one or more CDs or singles. Thinking I might move to a new name too, and I will post the link and details later today.
I guess the point I'm trying to make is, I've done it before, I know I can do it again, and I will.
Here goes nothing!

link!! DO ITT whereee I wanna knowww
Dude, I am so in. I remember the music reviews from years ago, and they were smart. You can so do it again. Outlawed Marshians Music Association (OMMA) ex-patriates UNITE...to form...some kind of super transformer. That listens to music.
No seriously, I'm down for that. It sounds good. Whatever your previous audience estimate was, increase it by one.
What is your intended genre span? Is it going to be indie-Toronto-bands-centric reviews, or just whatever new (or old, or whatever) you happen to be listening to?
And lastly, if you want to start blogging, stop all that twittering you do. Micro-blogging is like having a meal but only eating a crumb at a time. It can never satisfy unless you eat 3 million crumbs. Which means you'll never be satisfied and never be done either. Character limits be damned!
It'll be new music reviews, albums, artists, and maybe an article every now and then on trends in the music industry. Not Toronto Centric, but I live here so expect some Toronto love. Will post the link soon, still working on it.
